The last episode starts with Archer being assigned a mission to go to Japan and eliminate Dingo’s assassin. Archer has already crossed paths with and met this assassin. This makes him sad regarding it, and this makes others realize his characteristic. As this was Archer’s first mission, thus it changed his life forever. In this episode, Archer goes on the mission along with his senior McGinley, who was a different person who was continuously writing notes on Archer.
The mission in Japan was to find the Assassin and protect a man called Tadashi Todo. In this mission, Archer also seems distracted as he spends a night with the receptionist called Reiko, where a scene is shown where they kiss and even fight as a gang. But in the morning, this beautiful night, and she leaves saying that it was just one night and she was the one who gave in the idea to name him Archer and ask for the mission.
Eventually, a shootout breaks out, and later it is revealed that it was Reiko who ended up killing Archer’s senior McGinley as well as Kodo.
