The third season of American Crime Story made its debut recently, and fans are anticipating the release of the upcoming episode to get more insights about the infamous Clinton-Lewinsky scandal and the following impeachment. The first episode was released recently on September 7. Ryan Murphy’s series, premiering on the original network FX, will have a total of 10 episodes in this season titled Impeachment: American Crime Story.

The second episode, titled ‘The President Kissed Me,’ will premiere on September 14, 2021. The ten-episode series will release a new episode every Tuesday until its culmination. On September 28, the fourth episode, titled, The Telephone Hour, will release. Episode 5, “Do You Hear What I Hear?” will make its release next month on October 5. The following episode 6, “Man Handled,” will be airing on October 12. The seventh episode of this season, “The Assassination of Monica Lewinsky,” will make its release on October 19. What can We Expect from Episode 2?

In the upcoming episode’s official synopsis, “The President Kissed Me,” Monica Lewinsky is planning to reveal everything to Linda Tripp to come clean. However, in the final sequence of episode one, Linda sees that President Clinton calls upon Monica to enquire about her first day at work. It sparks some doubts in Linda about the brewing of an affair, and hence Monica decides to clear up the air with her new friend.

For Ryan Murphy’s popular FX series, Sarah Burgess has written the screenplay. The first episode of the current season, Exiles, released on September 7, does not focus on Lewinsky’s narrative. The plot focuses mainly on Linda Tripp, and occasionally it provides a detour to the story of Paula Jones, who had accused Clinton of sexual assault.
The story takes a plunge five years into the past to 1994 and moves forth to cover up the various events that encircle the entire scandal. The episode ends with the events of April 1996, in which Lewinsky enters her office at the Pentagon and receives a call from then-President Bill Clinton.
