One such project we will see premiering on Netflix is Secrets of Summer. Secrets of Summer is a Netflix original movie that will be airing very soon in February. It is an Argentinian Kids’ Drama show, which gained some popularity with its teasers and trailers.
The shooting for Secrets of Summer began almost over a year ago, in May 2021. Filming for the show took place in Tigre, Buenos Aires. But is it worth watching? Let’s find out.

Netflix dropped the trailer for Secrets of Summer back in mid-January of 2022. Since then, it has captured the eyes of many teens. Secrets of Summer, or Cielo Grande, has been very successful in Argentina even before its release. As it is new and original production, we had some doubts about whether the premiere date would be moved up or down, based on the audience’s reaction.

Cielo Grande or Secrets of Summer is amongst the most trending upcoming series on Netflix. The fun yet mysterious plot of Secrets of Summer, good cinematography, and the charm of each of the actors attribute to the show’s rising popularity even before the show has been released. Further, with the onset of COVID-19, many people have embraced TV shows of other cultures, not letting that 1-inch tall subtitles bar their way for entertainment. Plot
From the trailer, we can grasp the plot with ease. Secrets of Summer follows the story of the wakeboarding champion, Steffi Navarro. Steffi goes back to a wakeboarding championship held by a resort by the name of CieloGrando, on the urges of her mother. Therein, she makes friends at Sky Vibes and prepares for her championship. She’s amazing at skateboarding, and many believe she has no match except Natasha Rossi. Steffi’s plans of having a fun summer without worrying about the championship go haywire when the mystery surrounding her father’s secrets starts getting thicker. It seems that there is also a lot of cute romance and a possible hint at a love triangle. But mostly, the TV show is all about a summer filled with adventure and enjoying life to the fullest. The group of Sky Vibes friends, including Steffi, are in for a journey full of romance, mystery, and nostalgia.
Cast
One of the most anticipated releases, Cielo Grande or Secrets of the Summer, stars PilarPascual as wakeboarding champion Steffi Navarro. Abril di Yorio plays the role of Luz, Victor Varona as Antoine, Guido Messina as Julian, Luan Brum as Charlie, Byron Barbieri as Ian, Francisco Bass as Steffie’s father, Ron and twins Fernando and Juan Monzo, who will be playing as themselves. Most importantly, Giulia Guerrini will be reprising the role of Natasha Rossi, for which the fans are eagerly waiting. With such a star-studded cast and an adventurous plot, Secrets of Summer is bound to be a success.
