Since the show was first premiered in 2019, it didn’t take much time for the reality show to magnetize people towards itself. As the show launched its fifth season, the rating of the show was out of the roof and the show became the no. 1 show on Netflix’s top 10 the same day it was released.
There will even be an additional episode to explain all of the remaining questions from the season 5 finale: A reunion special will air on May 6th. So, following the reunion, what’s next for the reality star?

Will The Show Have A Sixth Season?
Though Netflix has yet to make an official announcement, Us Weekly claimed in January that the reality show had been renewed for seasons 6 and 7. According to one of the outlet’s insiders, the cast will not begin filming new seasons so that they can take “a little rest” before the new seasons begin. “Bring on Season 6!” indicating a possibility of a reunion at the end of season 5
Sunset and Love Is Blind have brought Netflix’s current reality program boom, so it’s no surprise that the show will be receiving more seasons. The report was also released after the premiere of 4th season, so we think that the streamer noticed the positive response from the audience and responded, “We want more, please.”
The Cast Of Season 6
Some members of the group have revealed major life updates in recent interviews, which could be presented in a future season. Mary Fitzgerald told Distractify that she has started the process of storing her eggs and that Chrishell and Heather have been helpful.
” One the actor has somehow indicated what to expect in the course, and whether or not I should do it while we’re filming,” she said. “I think the viewers will have a great time watching that process unfold itself .” “I suppose we put our life on display for all to see,” she added. So, say, during [filming], I wouldn’t want to be hormonal and bloated. But, again, [being on a reality program] comes with the territory. She said that she’s “keeping all my options open” when it comes to having a child, including having a child without a partner.
What About The OC Spinoff?
Season 5 also served as a reminder that another Selling spinoff is on the way, with one scene filmed at the Oppenheim Group’s massive new headquarters in Newport Beach. Despite the fact that Netflix has yet to announce an official premiere date, Variety reported in November that filming on Selling the OC had begun, with the show set to broadcast in 2022. Conclusion
As per the interviews with the crew members and the response from the audience, we can assume that season 6 might be on its way, but until something official comes from Netflix, we can’t be sure about anything.
