What Happened in the Season Finale?
In the finale we see McCall trying to find a Kidnapped Dante. Let’s get into the Details. Spoiler Alert in case you haven’t seen the episode yet. Dante was at the Gas Station getting Gas as any normal person would do. A few deputies approach him claiming he matched the description of a Burglary Suspect.
They tried to search Dante’s car without a warrant to which he Protested. The corrupt cops in their fit of rage tased and knocked him out. Realizing Dante was also a Cop the deputies realize their mistake. And to Prevent any backlash they decide to Kidnap Him.
What the cops didn’t know was Dante’s Kids were witnessing all of it. The boys call McCall as their father insisted on them memories her Number in case of an Emergency. McCall goes to the local Sheriff’s Office after making sure the kids were safe. The town Sheriff is useless as he refuses to even Acknowledge McCall due to her Skin color. The scene then cuts to a Hallucinating Dante recalling past events.
When Dante came back to reality, he is met by the flustered Deputies who want to kill him to Avoid Jail Time. Dante pleads with them that he has a Family and how he left his kids at the Gas Station. While McCall finds out who took Dante.
After looking into their pasts, she found out that a similar incident happened in the Deputy’s past and finds the location of the Warehouse. At the location, she found blood and a secret message from Dante which led her to his location. He was rushed to the hospital and it would seem that he survived the whole ordeal. Much to the relief of his friends, family, and collogues.
McCall is livid that something like this happened. Madder that it happened to someone so close to her. Dante’s Kidnapping hit a cord with her. She will make sure everyone who was involved will pay even if it’s the last thing she does. What measures will she use to bring the accused to Light? What do you think should happen to these ignorant cops and their Raciest Sheriff?
