Plot Of The Movie
The movie is a supernatural romantic story whose main plot revolves around Tessa (Joey King). She spent almost her childhood in foster homes because perhaps she didn’t have her parents. But spending most of her childhood in foster homes, she had developed an extraordinary mentality. After wandering around in foster homes, she started to believe that no one would ever love her and that she didn’t deserve her own love story.
Skyler is shown to be a hopeless romantic. But she didn’t know that life had something else in store for her. Soon she bounced into a boy named Skylar (Kyle Allen), who belonged to a nearby town and was her senior.
Skylar and Tessa met in a car accident which took away Skylar’s life, whereas Tessa manages to survive. Since the accident took place, Tessa searched for the answers related to the accident when she believed that Skylar was trying to reunify with her from the afterworld. As soon as Tessa believed that she was worthy of love and deserved a love story of her own, life changed everything.
Tessa strongly believes that love never dies, and having faith in the same, she, with the help of her best friend, tries to contact Skylar in the afterworld one last time so that their love story has a happy ending that it deserves.
