Sam is tasked with monitoring Griff, an egotistical expert with a scalpel who has never recognized his daughter’s exceptional talent. Griff awoke months later requesting to continue working, and Sam was tasked with watching him.
As Griff disputes Sam’s authority and medical expertise, the most crucial question is whether or not this father and daughter will ever be able to heal their relationship with the same skill with which they heal their patients’ hearts.

In the demographic that includes viewers aged 18 to 49, the first season of Good Sam averaged a 0.25 rating, and it drew 2.20 million people in live plus same-day ratings (including DVR playback through 3:00 AM).
