Fuller House is a famous American sitcom you can catch on Netflix. The series is based on the classic sitcom of the 80s and 90s, Full House. Although following the same pattern, Fuller House has been adapted for the modern generation where D.J. Tanner-Fuller tries to manage her family and her job simultaneously.
Directed by Jeff Franklin, the series made its debut on Netflix in 2016. Four seasons later, it is still going strong. The series has been popular with the fans all these years, with the critics also accepting its fun nature. However, it seems that the time for the series is finally up. Even then, it would want to leave with a bang.
Fuller House Season 5: Release Date
The show’s success saw it renewed for Season 5, just a few months after the fourth season concluded. However, the fans welcomed the news with a heavy heart. Season 5 will be the final time we see the Fuller family in action.
This season is supposed to follow the schedule of Season 3. With 18 episodes being released in two parts. The first nine aired on Netflix on December 6, 2019. After a brief break, the last half of the season is going to follow suit quickly. With the final nine episodes being readied to release on June 2, 2020.
Fuller House Season 5: Cast
The series has so far reaped the reward of hiring a talented group of actors. And they are going into the final stages, and there will be no change in the cast. Candace Cameron-Bure will continue in her role as DJ. With Jodie Sweetin appearing alongside her.
Apart from the duo, Andrea Barber and Michael Campion will also appear in the show’s final few episodes. Joining them will be Elias Herger, Soni Nicole Bringas, Adam Hagenbuch, and Juan Pablo Di Pace to complete the cast.
Fuller House Season 5: Plot
The creators are looking to use the opportunity to tie up the loose ends of the show. In the first few episodes, we have already seen Steph and Jimmy returning with their newborn. Ramona also manages to find love. And Fernando prepared to propose Kimmy once again.
As the last few episodes release, it can be said that Kimmy won’t be declining Fernando. And together with Steph, Fernando will be beginning the preparations for his wedding. It would be nice if the show comes to an end with the Triple Wedding. That would lead to an end that most fans have been hoping for.

The series had divided its last season into two parts, with the trailer for Part A releasing a month before its premiere. Similarly, as Part 2 prepares for release, the show dropped its trailer in May 2020. It promises to be a happy ending but perhaps not a very smooth one.
Fuller House has done brilliantly in telling the story of a working mother. It does a great job of throwing insight into the hardship and pleasures of motherhood. At the same time, it is a story about friendship and caring. As the series draws to a close, fans would be a bit heartbroken. But a significant departure might cheer them up.
