Alum of Duck Dynasty responded to a fan who said she was unfollowing the actress because of a photo of her postpartum figure. The 24-year-old star shared an Instagram photo of herself wearing a pair of jeans on Sunday, 22 August, which is not long after welcoming daughter Honey James.
She also shared a photo of herself wearing the same pair when she was pregnant with the baby a month. In May, Sadie gave birth to her first child, which she shares with Christian Huff.
How did Sadie Respond to the Fan?
Sadie said in her comment that she received a direct message from a fan who said she and her girls were unfollowing the singer. To this, Sadie added that it was perfectly acceptable to unfollow her; however, it was WHY that got her. According to the post, Sadie referred to the fan’s displeasure with her appearance while trying to brag and flaunt her physique.
She also added that she could tell the fan about the pieces of herself that haven’t fully healed and the rashes that had covered half of her body since birth due to a new allergy created because of the difficulties in labor.
What More Did Sadie Said?
The celebrity went on to say that she could have told the fan what her doctor had informed her, and the counselor that she saw could have assisted her. She clarified that she chooses to share the positive aspects of her life on social media but that she does not consider this bragging.
Robertson also said that rather than focusing on the negative, she prefers to capture the amazing things that her body accomplishes. She stated that she has matured in life, love, endurance, faith, and hope during the previous year.
