What to Know Before Watching?
Netflix’s ‘Ozark’ revolves around Marty Byrde and his family. His life takes a huge turn when he accepts an offer to launder money for a Mexican Drug Cartel. Ever since Marty can only think about how he could do things better.
With his life now filled with life-or-death situations, he and his family are stuck working for the cartel. With the crime series now reaching its final season, it is expected to not disappoint its fans.
What Happened in the Previous Season?
With the first two seasons filled with twists and turns; the third season has a huge turn where we see new alliances forming after the end of the old ones. The two parents find it difficult to raise their children after everything they have done.
They realize that it’s not possible to live a normal life as they are stuck between the drug lord and the FBI. As the name suggests, the story unfolds in the Ozarks region in Missouri.
With Matry’s life being completely fine in the first season, he finds himself making a deal with the cartel. Later he realizes that it was a mistake. When they relocate him and his family to the Ozark region where they live under the constant fear of being killed at any time.
While they struggle with the cartel and the laundering, it is obvious that they will also be surrounded by local enemies FBI. At one point in time, the Langmores want to take away all of Marty’s money. Whereas, the FBI wanted him to cooperate with them. By the end of season 3, we see how he and his family survive backstabs, executions, and failed schemes.
With them now being part of the cartel, it looks like they have become a part of the system. The Byrde family now has a grasp of the business. And it looks like crime is a part of them even if they like it or not.
Later we see how Wendy kills her own brother to protect her family from being murdered. The Byrdes then smartly win Navarro’s war by handing over information to the FBI which provided.
The season then ends with heated arguments between Ruth and Wendy. All this leads us to hint that there are going to be new alliances taking the final season even into a more action-filled finale.

Apart from the main Byrde family which is, Jason Bateman as Martin Byrde, Laura Linney as Wendy Byrde, Sofia Hublitz as Charlotte Byrde, and Skylar Gaertner as Jonah Byrde, there are many other actors important to the story.

With the crime series being a huge success among its viewers, the show uses modern tools of TV making it to great effect. The viewers are clenching their teeth with what’s going to happen in every new episode. The show has received an 86% on rotten tomatoes. with its audience giving it a score of 90%.
