Selena Gomez returns for a live show on the stage and kicks off with her powerful performance at the American Music Awards. Gomez underwent a tough kidney transplant two years ago in 2017. She fought bravely against anxiety and depression. And, she makes a comeback at the 2019 AMA, as she looks iconic as ever in the off-shoulder fluorescent green dress.
Gomez started with her new hit breakup anthem after a long break in this first live TV performance. Gomez performed “Lose You To Love Me” in a black maxi dress. This heartbreaking ballad by Gomez indeed moved the audience like no other.
After this, the popstar tore off the black dress to reveal the Dior crystal bodysuit with stockings and black knee-high boots. In this outfit, she pulled up her second song, “Look At Her Now,” in high gear.
Taylor Swift cheered her heart out to Selena Gomez’s “Look At Her Now.” Taylor Swift teamed up with Halsey and vibed vibrantly with Selena Gomez. The celebrity pals did not hide their affection for each other. Taylor and Halsey danced along in the crowd as Selena delivered her iconic song.

When did their friendship begin?
It all started in 2008 when Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift briefly dated the Jonas brothers at the same time.
Gomez looks back at her friendship and adds, “We dated the Jonas brothers together! It was hysterical.” Selena dated Nick from 2008-2010. And, Taylor Swift dated Joe Jonas in 2008.
She further adds, “It was amazing because she was the girl with the big curly hair and all the bracelets and the cowboy boots. And I was up-and-coming, and we just clicked.” She recalls this as the “best thing” about their relationships.
