In the sequel, we can see the old face with some new faces; Jermaine Fowler as Lavelle, Leslie Jones as Mary Junson, Wesley Snipes as General Izzi, Tracy Morgan as Uncle Reem, and many more. The outfit design played a huge role in the story, as well as the set design. One would be disappointed if they expect it to be better than the original film, but if they watch it expecting it to be entertained, they will enjoy it. However, certain critics have criticized the film, saying it is like a half-baked cake that seems odd.
Watching Eddie is great, but the sequel is lame. Despite being a comedy film, one would rarely laugh at all. The sequel does not show great reviews, neither on IMDB nor on rotten tomatoes. Nevertheless, certain fans reviewed, despite the bland storyline they watched and enjoyed the film because of Eddie Murphy. And it is a one-time watch film.
