Night Of The Grizzly Plot
Henry Cole, his wife Angelina, their children Charlie and Gypsy, their niece Meg, and their friend Sam Potts visit a Wyoming village. Jim acquired the property from his uncle and decided to become a rancher. Mr. Benson, the lender, tells them that the home’s mortgage is $675. Jim concedes and accepts the property’s ownership after learning that another rancher, Jed Curry, wants it.
Benson claims that Jed lost the property to Jim’s uncle in a poker game and is now seeking its return. Mr. Benson gives Jim the landowner’s money/bill and pays the mortgage. Jed is pleased as the Coles depart the bank, but he wants the ranch by any means necessary. They discover the ranch’s shack-like cottage in the countryside. However, they are not discouraged and are planning for the future.
The next morning, as Jim is chopping wood for a fence, Benson tells him about a monstrous grizzly bear called Satan who terrorizes farms and murders animals for enjoyment. Numerous attempts to shoot him have failed. Curry’s visit as well. Jim refuses to sell the property to Jed.
