The plotline takes place in 1964, where Bruce Lee is a young Martial Arts teacher who gets into a fight with Master Wong Jack Man, who has come to San Francisco from China just to get redemption from something which he did in his past. Now the main battle which takes between Bruce Lee and Wong Jack Man takes place somewhere where there are only a few viewers.
Alongside the main storyline, Bruce Lee also falls in love with a girl who works as a waitress but hardly does he knows that she is under the control of some mafia women. But as soon as he gets to know about it, he gets into the role of saving her.
Is Birth of Dragon Worth Watching?
The movie is okayish if we even consider the reactions of the people. And it is obvious because Bruce Lee deserves a biopic that could be called classic for the centuries and ahead. Instead, the movie majorly made Wong Jack Man the center of light instead of Bruce Lee, due to which made the story a little disappointing. There were many major events from Bruce Lee’s life that were not considered in the movie.
Bruce Lee is regarded as a Legendary icon, but he had to face a tragic death at a very young age that was 32. He was especially gifted with martial arts talent, and he also trained many celebrities in the 1960s, including Steve McQueen and James Coburn. Lee’s fighting spirit with exquisite charisma got him a leading role in The Green Hornet’s TV series.
