Daniel Craig rose to fame after he was seen in the very famous role of MI6 agent James Bond 007. Well, it is not hidden from the entire Universe that the James Bond Series have a lot of fandoms, and unquestionably the Critic’s Positive Reviews in each series does shut many mouths when questioned about the authenticity of the series.
Now, if everything is kept aside and we talk about the Actor playing the role of James Bond 007 “Daniel Craig,” it might get a little disappointing.
Daniel Craig almost resigned from playing the role of James Bond 007 in the previous haul in 2015, which was the Spectre. Well, his decision was also backed by proper reasons, which might sound logical to many. He even spoke of Slashing his Hands off instead of working as James Bond in the next haul. However, with due requests and pleas, Craig nodded a Yes to do the last and final Craig’s Bond Series, which is “No Time to Die”.
Undoubtedly, the Series is also appreciated by a lot of audiences, and it is the 25th Haul in the James Bond series, which Cary Joji Fukunaga directs. “No Time To Die” is based on Ian Fleming’s James Bond.
“No Time to Die” has an IMDB rating of 7.7/10 and a substantial 82% on Rotten Tomatoes, proving that it has received a good amount of positive response from the audience and critics. The Series follows a story where James Bond, who is no longer an MI6 Agent and no longer has the title of 007 enjoying his peaceful holiday in Jamaica.
While having a great time, James is approached by CIA agent Felix Leiter and an American Agent, Logan Ash. They seek help from James Bond to rescue the scientist Valdo Obruchev who was abducted because he was working on Project Hercules, a substantial bioweapon. If the bioweapon falls in the hands of any wrong person, it could possibly cause a great catastrophe to Mankind.
When speaking to Daniel Craig upon his withdrawal from the character of James Bond, he says that he doesn’t fit anymore for the role of James Bond as he has grown old. One more reason which he gave was the injuries sustained while performing an action sequence in the Spectre Series.
The Gradual Ageing and Sustained Injuries made Craig sleep on his thoughts again if he would like to continue as James Bond or not. He even spoke about the constant fear on which his family leaves because every time they get a call from the Sets, they would be praying Craig to be healthy and not rushing to the hospitals.
While Craig has to sustain a lot of injuries, such as he got his knee injury while filming for Spectre in 2015 and even got his ankle hurt in the recent series of “No Time to Die.” The Bruises and Cuts are also inclusive of everything. Thinking about Daniel Craig’s testament, we should agree that no one should compromise his or her health for any Series, and no doubt James Bond Character needs someone more fitter and full of zeal. Currently, “No Time To Die” has been released on September 30, 2021.
