Death on the Nile is a mystery thriller adapted from the work of Agatha Christie set to be released on February 11, 2022, by 20the Century Studious. Initially, the movie’s release date was set in December 2020, but release dates were delayed due to the pandemic’s advent.

Death on the Nile is a follow-up to 2017’s Murder on the Orient Express, which was a solid hit for Fox and earned nearly $103 million domestically and $353 million worldwide. With expectations soaring high for the coming movie, what is the worldwide box-office prediction for the movie?

This article will satisfy all your curiosity and excitement for the upcoming movie. So buckle up and read the entire article to know everything that is required.

The movie’s official trailer was released a month ago by the 20th Century Fox studios and had over 15 million views. In addition, over 152K likes indicate a positive response from the fans. As reported, the film is budgeted at $90 million. The movie was directed by Kenneth Branagh, who also plays the role of the protagonist in the movie.

Death on the Nile was to be released in December 2020, but it was delayed due to the Covid-19 situation. Branagh’s Belfast hit the cinemas during that time and was recognized as a masterpiece and even became one the favorites to win Best Picture at the Oscars. Murder on the Orient Express debuted exceptionally well compared to the anticipated $28 million.

The audience expressed that the movie was not bad but not impressive either. So now, the question is, what will be the audience’s response to Branagh’s other movie, and what is the worldwide box-office prediction for the movie? The moviegoers who loved the Orient will now be eagerly waiting to return their favorite character in this movie.

Furthermore, the cast will also play a role in attracting an audience. But there is a hint of uncertainty on the box-office earnings of the movie as the audience could be distracted by the release of Jennifer Lopez’s Marry Me. Therefore, we predict that the movie will see a shaky start but eventually gain some popularity along the way. However, it might make about half what Orient accomplished for its start.
