Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is an American telly series that falls under comedy-drama. This miniseries was created by Amy Sherman Palladino, its penman, alongside Daniel Palladino. Both of them are also the director of this series. The producers associated with Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life are Helen Pai and Dylan K. Massin. The series launched more than five years ago in 2016 and portrayed Sherman Palladino and her partner Daniel Palladino. It was a miniseries that consisted of only four episodes of 88 to 102 minutes long each.

It seemed that producers had no plan of making another season of Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life, and thus every one of us was sure that Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life ends forever, but we might be wrong.
Recently Sherman Palladino has hinted that maybe it’s not over after all. If luck favours, fans can see more episodes but be sure of one thing from now, Netflix won’t be streaming the episodes.
The ending of its former part did not please the audience. Thus, they are waiting for some more. But till now, there has been no official statement regarding the sequel, and these are mere speculations only.
What Happened In The Former Part?
This series has several characters having their own set of stories that are different. The story starts with Rory, a freelance journalist who lives with Logan in London. Both have no attraction towards one another but seem to be having sorrows.
Emily seems to be deeply saddened by the death of her husband Edward and wants Lorelai to therapy with her. Lorelai seems to be also suffering from her father’s death and faces problems in her relationship with Luke. But later asks him to marry her. The series ends with portraying Rory as pregnant and arises a dilemma among the audience.
Why Are Fans Wanting Another Season?
Any story that ends in a dilemma can never appease the audience. In the concluding part, Lorelai knows that Rory is pregnant, but there is no revelation about who the father is or what will happen next.
Such questions have automatically aroused curiosity among the fans to know more, and thus it seems these answers can only be given if there are more episodes in the future.
There have only been four episodes, but they all seemed to be well-connected, and all characters were given their place to tell their story.
