Apart from Rae and Penny finally delivering Insecure, the happy conclusion they’ve always wanted, the bright aspect is that none of them are leaving very soon. Rae signed an eight-figure film and TV deal (basically a five-year contract) with Warner Media in March 2021, which is pretty massive. In addition, she’ll be the voiceover of Jessica Drew, a.k.a. Spider-Woman, within the follow-up to the animated movie Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.
Rae will also act with Bill Hader in Empress of Serenity, a movie written by the identical one who wrote Luca and Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. Lastly, there’s still the finale season of Insecure to work out. The show’s conclusion is upsetting, but amazing events are on the road. Also, the program will almost certainly (hopefully!) strike in an exceedingly manner that only Issa can.
