This comedy show centers around moving ahead in life regardless of the consequences and how you feel at the moment because of them. Because if your happiness is temporary, so is your sadness. There’s no point clinging to it like it’s a dead end. We face countless disappointments in different areas, whether a kid, a student, an adult, married, unmarried, single, divorced, successful, failure, wealthy, or embracing old age. The only constant changes, and hence we should be open to it.
This is a story about a young girl named Aisling Bea, who is known as Aine. By profession, she’s an educator, but after a serious nervous breakdown, she’s been trying to get hold of those shattered pieces and get along. But unfortunately, it isn’t as easy as it may seem or as easy as the way people say it.
She joins a rehabilitation center to get over this, but even that doesn’t help her much, and she thinks that they lack quite a few facilities there. So, she eventually decides to live with her sister named, Shona. Here she believes that in the company of someone so close, the healing process might take up the pace and eventually let her out of it.
Should We Expect Season 3?
Season 2 was set up before the covid – 19 scenario and that was left on a spine-chilling part. That was a voice note sent by Shona to her fiancé in which she confesses about being engaged in a private affair with her business partner named Charlotte. Well, this was a complete accident, and she didn’t mean to send him this, but guess what? It got delivered.
On being questioned about the possibility of a third season, it would cost Aisling a good amount of time to think about its content. Picking up from her very own experiences and turning them around to keep the viewers engaged was her excellent job. And hence it might take time, although we would love to have more of it. So, there’s no such news by now, but if it does, it will be released in the US and UK.
What Would the Cast be?
Though this news is not up yet, we’re counting on Aisling Bea in her uptight role of being Aine, the teacher who teaches English as a foreign language and temporarily recovering from a nervous breakdown. Her sister, Shona, might appear as if she’s in a supportive role to her sister. And Richard, who is Aine’s love interest and her employer too. But he’s married.
And Charlotte, because of whom season 2 ended on a cliffhanger. So, there might be chances of her reappearance.
Expected Plot for Season 3
Initially, we see Aine fleeing from the rehabilitation center after incomplete and unsatisfactory therapy. Aisling usually comes up with very interesting women in her script, and even the men, in reality, know how to pass on emotions without rendering any care to it.
Still, Aisling makes sure that they face them here. On-screen as an example to the men out there watching those screens to pick up the subtle hint. So, season 2 might pick up from where it left off. We might see the adverse effects of Shona’s voice note to her fiancé stating her affair.
Though it was a mistake, she will face the consequences. On the contrary, Aine and Richard’s relationship, when Richard has informed his son regarding this affair. And with the pandemic situation, who will Aine spend her quarantine with? Richard? Or her roommate?
