Again we will be getting back Joaquin Phoenix to its Indie darling series. For now, it’s been speculated that the movie’s A24’s C’mon C’mon will be having a white and black drama opening in theatres this weekend. Mike Mills, who is well recognized for his work on famous shows such as Beginners, wrote and directed the series.
Concerning the C’mon C’mon series, which was developed by 20th Century Studios, Phoenix plays the part of a radio DJ who has been suddenly trying to care for his quirky little nephew, Jess (the whole role was played up by Woody Norman). The C’mon C’mon series was first premiered via Telluride Film Festivals back in September this year. The movie series also stars popular faces like Gaby Hoffmann, Scoot McNairy, Molly Webster, and Jaboukie Young-White.
