Kelly Clarkson’s Ex Brandon Blackstock Still Wants Her Montana Ranch Despite Judge’s Order

We are talking about the prominent Judge/Mentor of The Voice Music Reality Show, Kelly Clarkson, who recently announced separation from her husband, Brandon Blackstock.

Everything started when Kelly Clarkson approached the Court to file a Divorce Suit and seek legal separation from her nuptial bond. Last year, in June 2020, Kelly Clarkson filed for divorce, saying that the couple could never reconcile again because of some irreparable issues.

On September 30, 2021, Judge gave the final verdict declaring Kelly Clarkson legally single. However, the Divorce has to be finalized on January 2022, and still, both individuals are considered free from their nuptial agreement.

The Main Problem is Kelly Clarkson’s ex-husband Brandon Blackston is professing his rights over Montana Ranch and every other property and asset of Kelly Clarkson, claiming that he has a 50% share as per the Marriage Agreement.

He claimed all these rights on October 5, 2021, when he arrived at Los Angeles International Airport. But his claims deviate from the actual verdict passed by the Honorable Judge as he passed the Judgment saying considering the pre-nuptial agreement between Kelly and Brandon, neither of them can profess any rights on each other’s personal properties and assets.

The Montana Ranch is worth $10 million, and the ownership rights are sole with Kelly Clarkson. However, Brandon Blackstone being defiant isn’t obeying the judgment of the Court of Justice. The Court clearly rejects the appeal of Blackstone, claiming Montana Ranch and other properties and assets to be Marital Property for which he has a 50% share.

Kelly Clarkson (aged 39) and Brandon Blackstone (aged 44) have given birth to two children- River Rose (aged 7) and Remington Alexander (aged 5). Brandon Blackstone alone already has two children from any other woman. Kelly Clarkson had asked the Court to let her sell the Ranch because she has some grave financial issues. The Primary Custody of children is with Kelly Clarkson, but once we get any further news, we’ll keep you posted.
