The popular series Money Heist from Netflix is finally close to the end of the filming ad production of its final season. But as actors are starting to wrap up, many fans are already theorizing what will go down in the upcoming season. Pedro Alonso, an actor from the series who plays Berlin, took to Instagram to share that he has wrapped up the acting for his role; a couple of others also followed suit. In particular, the posts put up by Miguel Herránwho plays Rio, and Jaime Lorente, who plays Denver on the series, has left fans asking several questions in regards to what is going to happen.
Captions Made by the Cast
Wearing his white T-shirt inside the red hoodie, an iconic costume from Money HeistJaime Lorente’s caption was in Spanish and translates to “I do not stop here! What do you reckon is upcoming soon?” Miguel Herrán’s caption was also in Spanish and read roughly like “Rio..Its been a remarkable journey with you. Today we close this chapter together.. And I have only two things to tell you… THANKS AND I LOVE YOU!”. These cryptic captions may suggest more than what meets the eyes (or at least that is what the fans think).
Miguel also made another post that changed the course of opinions as he shared a solo photo of himself from the set of the series wearing the well-known Red Jumpsuit. He went on to caption it “Es mejor que morirse… creo,” which means “It is better than dying… I think.”. But does this mean his character dies on the show? That remains unknown up till now.
Is Rio Going to Die?
Rio was key in the gathering of The Professor’s students in season three of the series. But with this new caption cropping up, it may be that we are about to see a significant change in the final season. If this is a spoiler, then many fans are bound to be upset soon. The character played by Herran was first brought into the story as an amateur hacker to aid the heist’s mastermind. With the aid of Rio, only The Professor (Alvaro Morte) able to set up his secret hideout and equip it with all the technology needed to pull off a heist successfully.

Past Incidences
In the third season, Rio is put in jail and tortured by the Panama Police. This incident causes Rio to develop PTSD and break up with his girlfriend, but it is also the reason the gang comes back together to pull off a second heist at the Bank of Spain. His girlfriend, Tokyo, played by ÚrsulaCorbero, who also shared a picture with Miguel Herrán on Instagram recently, further fuelling these theories.
