What Happened In The Finale Of More Than Blue Season 1?
Towards the end of the show, the story got emotionally drawn, leaving viewers in tears before its closure. Cream and K were seen remembering their fond memories while the song The Saddest Thing of All played in the background on the radio, thus making the entire scene touching.
Soon after, Cream was seen sharing her inner emotions post-K’s death. She states that even though she was physically alone, but in her dreams, she was always with K. Shortly, a reflection of three couples with an emotional sense was seen- one at the grave of K, other crying on the couch, and last going through the things of Yuan Yuan.
Towards the end, it is revealed that Cream went missing after K’s passing. But the scene showed a woman standing at K’s grave. It was Cream bidding her final goodbye to K.
Why Will There Be No Season 2 Of More Than Blue?
The story of the series More Than Blue has been inspired by a 2018 Taiwanese movie which in turn has been derived from a 2009 Korean film of the same name. The story of all these adaptations has been written with an agreeable ending without any renewal, thus making season 2 an unlikely occurrence.
As in the series, there were a total of 10 episodes that entirely covered the love story of K and Cream, and its finale beautifully wrapped up the plot without any further questions or doubts, thus leaving no room for making of season 2.
The story’s main narrative was beautifully portrayed by the cast, writers, and the makers and agreeably terminated the story well, although not a happy ending. Thus, a new story will have to be picked up in case the second season of More Than Blue is decided to be made. But till then, the romance between K and Cream will be held forever in our hearts.
What Else?
It has now been out that Viva Films, a Filipino production company, will be re-making More Than Blue. The re-adapted series would star Yassi Pressman, JC Santos, Diego Loyzaga, and Ariella Arida and is all set to telecast from November 19, 2021, on Vivamax online platform.
