Nightbooks is an upcoming American film of the dark fantasy genre, and the film has been Mikki Daughtry and Tobias Iaconis; David Yarovesky has directed the movie. The Netflix exclusive film is based on the 2018 horror novel of the same name, Nightbooks by J. A. White.
The plot of the movie is Alex, who enjoys writing scary stories, has been teleported in an apartment where an evil witch has imprisoned him, and she tells him to write a bloodcurdling story every day or else she will change her mind and kill him. As Alex lives in the witch’s apartment, he met Yasmin, another child prisoner like Alex; together, they survive the enchanted and accursed witch’s apartment and tries to find a way to escape from the evil clutches of the wicked witch.
