The fifteenth movie of the One Piece lineup, One Piece Red, is the upcoming Japanese anime feature film that has been directed by Gorō Taniguchi. This action-filled fantasy movie has drawn inspiration from the manga series by Eiichiro Oda of the same name. He has both illustrated as well as written the manga and also happens to produce this latest anime film for Toei Animation.

What To Know Before Watching One Piece Red Anime Movie?
With the tagline of “An almighty voice. With fiery red locks.”, the movie has the original plot to it with its information totally kept under the wraps as of now. So elaborate information in this regard will have to wait for some time. But we have some of our speculations about it.
However, the teaser reveals that Shanks will be heavily presented in the film along with a new female character being introduced as well, which EiichiroOda claims is in place of the previous male characters who appeared as the villains in four out of the last five films in the franchise. The poster, which also got shared, shows a woman who seems to be the resident of Sky Island in an absurd outfit and will likely play the evil in the film.
When Will One Piece Red Release?
The arrival of the movie was first announced during the commemoration of the anime episode 1000’s of One Piece on November 21 this year to make the celebrations for the creators all the more special and post the telecast of the episode, its teaser trailer, as well as the poster, was shared on the same day.
The anime film is scheduled to make its appearance on August 6, 2022. Yes, the teaser released confirms that the movie will be releasing next year in mid and not anytime soon.
Who Are All There In One Piece Red?
As the storyline of the film is still held uptight, no information about the voice cast of the film is also there.
