Fans are undoubtedly intrigued by the parallel realms of Riverdale and Rivervale. The last episode of ‘Rivervale’, on the other hand, eventually solves many of the major mysteries about the two cities. If you have missed the show due to any reason, you can catch up and enjoy the plot here.
Episode 5 Highlights
A body is discovered next to the Rivervale city logo during the first scene of the show. Archie has conquered death, as we can see throughout. Furthermore, everyone is talking about their body exchanging, which involves all of the strange occurrences in ‘Rivervale.’ Jughead suddenly feels uncomfortable and notices contradictions in his world.
Jughead notices middle school incarnations of himself and his buddies walking the hallways during his first day again as an instructor. Then he meets Ben Button, who in the third season offers himself to the Demon King by falling out the balcony.
We eventually discover that Archie and Betty are getting married this month, with Jughead standing as their best man. Dr Curdle suddenly tells Betty that he has discovered Jughead’s body. Jughead is taken aback when he walks within the cemetery and discovers his doppelganger’s corpse, crushed to death and located by the town symbol.
Episode 5 Ending
After a battle with her, Veronica realizes that both Reggies are dead. Jughead then approaches her and reveals that, as Archie and Betty’s equivalents, they must endure the bomb attack jointly. When Jughead fails to show up for the marriage, Archie realizes that he is aiming to split the two worlds apart.
As a result, he shoots Veronica when she is going to assist Jughead; he is also the perpetrator of Cheryl. Betty, dressed in her bridal gown, arrives and kills Archie to death. However, he recovers from death every time.
How Are Riverdale And Rivervale Connected?
Riverdale and Rivervale are parallel realities, with both being established as a result of Hiram’s bomb detonation in Season 5’s climax. The coming together of love and evil forms a deformed world with a magical aspect.
We also learn that Dilton, a science teacher in Rivervale who dies in the third season of ‘Riverdale’ due to acute poisoning, is accountable for the alternate realities that aren’t meant to occur. He’s curious to see what happens if the two phenomena are left together in their existing situations.
Meanwhile, Jughead learns the secret of Rivervale and the knowledge where his own paper is the final recording of all incidents throughout all realms thanks to Ethel’s guidance. He discovers that duplicating the events that led to Rivervale’s creation would generate power to split the two adjacent realities. This is because Riverdale and Rivervale were connected at the time of their formation, even though they are constantly growing.
How Did Betty and Archie Make It Through The Attack?
Betty and Archie escape the bomb attack at the finale of season 5; we only know this because of the circumstances in season 6. Riverdale’s Jack eventually reaches out to Betty and Archie through a blurry phone call, warning them about the bomb, thanks to his knowledge of parallel worlds.
Before a result, we assume Betty and Archie depart the area just as the explosion goes off. Messages may therefore be sent across other periods and realities because of the powerful mutualistic relationship between ‘Rivervale’ and ‘Riverdale.
