There are no harsh feelings! Scott Foley has spoken up about running his ex-wife Jennifer Garner at Hollywood parties years after their “short-lived marriage” ended.
During a recent appearance of SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy,” the Scandal alum, 49, spoke up about his love life, both past and present, saying that he and Peppermint actress, also 49, haven’t stayed in touch since their breakup in 2004.
“We were together for roughly five years in all. “I say that — I minimize it because my wife, [Marika Domiczyk], is just behind me,” Foley joked, admitting that he was in “dangerous territory.”

Scott Foley recently said that he ran into his ex-wife Jennifer Garner at Hollywood events years after their “brief” marriage ended. The Scandal alum discussed his love life during a recent interview on SiriusXM’s “Radio Andy,” saying that he and the Peppermint actress haven’t been in touch since their 2004 split.
He added, “She portrayed my girlfriend on Felicity,” the Whiskey Cavalier star said when asked how he met Jennifer Garner. We met on the program and quickly hit it off, and [we] started dating shortly after.” However, since they terminated their relationship, they don’t necessarily “seek out” the prospect of a reunion. Still, it isn’t unpleasant if they happen to be in the same place at the same time.

Scott Foley afterward added that “You owe it to yourself to say hello. Foley complimented you on his demeanor. “I mean, she has her own family, so we don’t keep in touch. I’ve got mine… But I’ve visited her a few times, particularly while we were both living in Los Angeles, and Marika has always accompanied me. Everyone says hello; you exchange pleasantries, then you go on. According to US Weekly, he responded, “That’s life, right?”
Meanwhile, in October 2000, the former co-stars married but divorced in March 2003. Garner filed for divorce two months later, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. In March of 2004, their divorce was completed. Interestingly, shortly after her divorce from the Scrubs alum, Garner began dating Alias co-star Michael Vartan. Despite infidelity claims, Foley claimed that “nobody else was involved” in his divorce from Garner.
