Starling saga is most known for the critically praised 1991 film The Silence of the Lambs. Clarice is the most recent instalment in the H. Lecter/C. C. Starling (played by R. Plot
Starling (J. Foster), an F.B.I. recruit, tries diligently to progress her profession while attempting to conceal or put aside her West Virginia background, which, if known, would instantly label her as backward or dumb filth.
She hopes to serve in the Behavioral Science Unit of the organization after graduating, under the direction of J. Crawford (S. Glenn). Crawford urges her to interview Dr H. Lecter (Sir A. Hopkins), a psychologist who has been jailed for eight years in the highest degree confinement for being a prolific murderer who cannibalized his corpses, while she is yet a novice.
The investigation takes a further serious twist when a seventh corpse is identified, from whom they are likely to recover a critical type of proof if Lecter is honest about its significance. C. Martin (B. Smith), the child of Senator R. Martin (D Baker), is a possible seventh fatality, which raises the stakes in the investigation as they look for a still-alive Catherine.
Dr F. Chilton (A. Heald), the jail director, may have a role in what occurs. He is unscrupulous and views a better status with Catherine as a more prominent personality for himself if he can effectively insinuate himself into the operations.
