Squid Game is a South Korean action television series. It was released on September 17, 2021, with 9 episodes by Netflix. Hwang Dong-Hyuk is the writer and director, and the Siren Picture is the production company of this series. The story is about a group of people who have faced many failures in their life. All of them have received an unknown invitation to take part in a survival game and get a chance to win 10 million dollars.
The setting of the game is done in an unknown place. Once somebody will enter the game, they can leave only after they declare their final winner. This will be a popular game among the children. The story revolves around those people solving the problems they face in completing a level of that game.

Netflix announced squid Games on September 12, 2019. Season 1 of this series was released on September 17, 2021, by Netflix. It is available for Netflix subscribers. Season 2 of this series is not yet confirmed, and it is too early to expect another season. Netflix usually decides by a series/movie ratings and reviews by the fans. And wait for at least 2 to 3 months to decide on a sequel.
If Netflix announces another season, it is sure that it will be released somewhere in 2022 or 2023. And season 2 might also stream on Netflix if no changes are made from the production side. We are only predicting season 2 as no official news has come out, and no hint has been given until now.
Expected Plot
In Squid Games season 1, we saw a group of people whose lives were full of poverty, failures, and difficulties. And one day, they were given an invitation to take part in a game and win 10 million dollars. They decided to participate in the game because the game was giving something they always carved for in their entire life. The happiness of receiving encourages the players to complete their part of the task. But every new task brings in more challenges as till the final round, only one person will survive and be the winner.
Season 2 might begin from where season 1 ended. We might see those members battling for their life and money. There is also the possibility of season 2 to bring some other group of people, playing a similar game but with some new challenges.
