Many Star Wars fans are quite excited to know about what will be making its way to release within the Star Wars franchise, especially within The Rise of Skywalker. Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker was something that allowed us to enjoy the whole concept of space adventures during COVID times, well that’s the timeline as it was released back in 2019.
Right after the release we had like first nine episodes making their way to release to the audience, right after the ninth episode, everyone was quite excited to see what would be happening next. And will there be an episode X or episode 10 happening or not?
Star Wars: Visions was released two years before back in 2021. And still has already managed to lay the path for the Star Wars plot: Episode X. Star Wars: Vision is an anime series and was made for Disney+. Both LucasFilm and Disney have confirmed that there will be more Star Wars movies coming out soon after the release of The Rise of Skywalker.
Release Date of Star Wars of Skywalker Episode X
Disney and Lucas Films have announced that Star Wars’ next movie will be released theatrically on December 16, 2022, then on December 20, 2024, and then on December 18, 2026. This probably looks like a trilogy and most likely comes from Rian Johnson, The Last Jedi director.
Now moving on to the release date, the new Star Wars Episode X was scheduled to release between December 2022 and December 2026, most probably. You might be saying- Wow! What a nice guess with such a wide range. But, hey now we don’t have to guess, but infact the release date is now got even more clear with high anticipation given to December 2025.
The slot of December 2022 was earlier kept for the Star Wars project that D.B. Weiss and David Benioff were making. Later on, these two abandoned the film confirming that they’ll no longer be a part of it.
There’s a slight doubt whether the next release will be Johnson’s trilogy or not. But, based on the release dates, we can guess that it is set to be a trilogy. As of now, we can say that the release date of this new Star Wars: Episode 10 hasn’t been confirmed.
Is Star Wars of Skywalker Episode X Happening?
As far as the latest leaks and rumors are concerned, it’s been reported that this new Star Wars franchise will be developed completely as a standalone project.
However, previously Lucasfilm had some other strategies where trio-packed trilogies were placed. But later on, the studios just went with a new approach by releasing the Star Wars movies at a time. And more the Star Wars movie was planned to be released as the sequel movie.
In addition to these rumors, we are also Daily Ridley who took over the attention of the many Star Wars fans as she posted a picture of the Yoda statue taken from Lucasfilm’s headquarters perhaps she confirmed that she is going to be part of the next Star Wars movie. To these rumors, the star shared “nothing saucy happening” with her Star Wars future where it’s been said that she is in talks to appear as Rey in the new movie.
What Happens in The Ninth Jedi?
There’s absolutely no such thing that we hate about The Ninth Jedi. Its mystery, action, and surprises are all very great. The episode shows us the future of Star Wars, which we promise is nothing like you’ve seen before. For the first time, the young hero of Star Wars isn’t afraid to go alone on a journey. Kara is the perfect mentor, and Margrave is a great Jedi master.
The idea of there being just one lightsaber has been rebooted in The Ninth Jedi. Now, Kara’s father is the only one who can make lightsabers. In the prequels, this idea was completely destroyed, but The Ninth Jedi brought it back.
How Will Star Wars: Episode X be Different?
Our thinking that Star Wars: Episode X could be a sequel to The Ninth Jedi isn’t just based on curiosity (although most of it is based on that). But we do want to know what will happen next. The most teasing question arising in everyone’s mind right now could be about Kara being the ninth Jedi. The Jedi council had twelve Jedi at the period of The Phantom Menace. So, what has changed now? We’ll find answers to all these questions once the movie gets released.

Will there be a Star Wars: Episode XI?
Already, we have a lot of excitement floating around the tenth new episode of the Star Wars 10th episode. However, not only with the tenth episode but infact we have the release date for the 11th episode too. Yes, you read that right! Star Wars: Episode XI is also expected to make its way to release where the anticipation has been kept high for the year 2027.
