This is an American drama series relating to bro politics. And it derives its roots from a very famous book, ‘A higher loyalty: truth, lies, and leadership. The book is written by an FBI Director named James Comey.
What is the Show About?
It shows us the political drama that takes place in the white house. It shows it in a manner that makes it funny but also brings out the reality at the same time. The FBI head, James Comey, is seen to be carrying out two major investigations that make two high-profile candidates compete for an upcoming election that year.
The protagonist of the show soon comes under huge trouble of the political dimension, and that he himself and the team that he leads I’d driven into the adversities of the investigation. Which in turn will definitely advance towards the consequences of the election outcome.
It also dives into the position that Comey holds as a president there and gives way to the fancy details that are an ongoing process behind the shut doors that are never revealed to the ordinary man. It clearly shows that the highest offices have some loops that cannot be detangled and that there are some intricate details that are always missed or purposely left out, but these things are never spoken of.

Actually James, had been working as director when Donald Trump had just taken his seat. And he had been fired publicly. The dual investigations that had to be dealth with was one of Hillary Clinton’s emails while the other was the contact between Trump’s presidential campaign and the Russian actors. So basically James was under pressure to solve these two cases and that was the year of election.
Chances for Season 2?
We’ve gone through just so much in the past year. The global pandemic caused a delay in almost all the sectors and most of the things got cancelled. For a time when we had to stay indoors but what could keep us inside? The fear or the amazing shows that might help us to divert our minds.
But then this show only had two episodes for now, and then it went all silent for the rest half of it. We exactly don’t know whether it was the pandemic that urged it to stop or something else. It’s been the mini series that has provided a lot of entertainment to the audience, but then the ongoing process of the thought to bring more episodes might just not serve right. So there’s no news for further seasons as of now.
