A second season to the TV drama series, The Pact, is keenly anticipated by the fans. After the release of its first season, the show has gained an overseas fan following. The Pact is scripted by Pete McTighe, and Rebecca Johnson, along with Eric Styles, has directed the series.

The show made its original run from May 17, 2021, to June 1, 2021, and has run for six episodes altogether. The series released its episodes on BBC One.
The series also made a premiere on Sundance Now on December 2, 2021, and concluded its run on January 6, 2022. The episodes have a running time of almost 60 minutes. Now, since the first season had solved the mystery surrounding Jack’s murder, it is likely that the second season, if it happens, will be exploring a new plot point. No hints about it are dropped yet.

In the series big finale, Tasmin, who is Anna’s daughter, is revealed to be pregnant with Jack’s baby. Jack does not want her to keep the baby and wants her to get aborted. Tasmin wants otherwise and demands it. He then acquiesces to her desire to keep the baby but says that he would make her life along with her family’s miserable. Jack is suffocated to death by Tasmin, who uses a plastic bag to do so.
