Footloose is an instrumental part of the 80s pop culture. It still continues to affect the lives of people today. This musical drama film is about the life of teenager Ren McCormack. He moves in with his aunt and uncle in the small Southwestern Town of Bromont.
He is shocked to realize the town has banned dancing and rock music in the town. The kids if his school has no idea about pop culture and there is no Prom. The movie progresses as Ren fights the system to abolish the no-dancing rule. He comes into contact with several like-minded people and spread his movement.
