Last year, during a worldwide covid pandemic, the Italian -Polish movie 365 Days came up to being one of the most popular Netflix films since its release on the streaming service. With this huge success, the semi erotica romance movie already got two more sequels in line and is presently being worked upon.
The film has been inspired by BlankaLipińska’s novel trilogy that goes by the same name (365 Dni). Sometime back, Deadline reported an upcoming sequel of 365 days, set for release in 2022, on Netflix.

With a pair of directors Barbara Białowąs and Tomasz Mande, the 2020 Polish sensual romantic drama film revolves around a young lady named Laura from Warsaw, who’s struggling with her work-life stress and her lifeless relationship.

On her birthday outing, Laura finds herself in a room of a fortress after a Sicilian Mafia leader Massimo kidnaps her. He imprisons her and asks her to take on with him a year-long journey, after which, if she fails to fall in love with him, he will simply let her go.
Eventually falling in love with him, the movie ends with Laura’s car not coming out of a tunnel. About 365 Days 2 Release
Owing to the widespread Corona Virus, the filmmakers paused the filming of the sequel. Titled “This Day,” the movie already began its shooting in May 2021, as reported by Netflix. Since both the sequels began shooting simultaneously, fans can expect that they will surely get not one but two movies now.
Actors Morrone, Sieklucka, and Lamparska publicly verified to reprise their roles in the movie. It’s very likely that with the current scenario, the first sequel will be out by the spring of 2022.

Since the film is based on the Novel, the second book will probably lay out the storyline for the upcoming sequel. According to Distractify, there will be another abduction this time. The closing scene of 365 Days showed Laura disappearing when she entered the tunnel. Probably, another man will try winning her heart. With ongoing problems in Massimo’s business and Laura pregnant with his child, the sequel will definitely have a gripping plot.

The main cast members will reprise their roles in the awaited sequel. Michele Morrone will once again be seen as Massimo, and Anna-Maria Sieklucka will continue playing Laura.
