According to London Metropolitan Police Department (LMPD), the dead body of 28-year old Sabina Nessa was found unattended in London Park earlier this week. All the highlighted details of the murder investigation were transferred to the general public via a Press Release which conveyed several important messages.
The Press Release from London Metropolitan Police Department stated that the specialized Detectives got the slightest clue about Sabina Nessa leaving her home located in South London somewhere around 8:30 p.m. on September 17, 2021 (Friday). She planned to meet one of her old friends at a Bar named The Depot tracked down at Pegler Square in Kidbrooke Village. Detectives speculate that to reach her final destination, which is the Bar, she took the way through Cator Park.
It is believed and even doubted that she was murdered when she was walking by in Cator Park, and this is the reason she never reached the Bar to meet her friend. Another definite logical reason that makes everyone suspect the place of death is Cator Park is that on September 18, 2021, somewhere around 5:30 p.m. (mostly 21 hours after Sabina left for the Pub from her house), her dead body was dead found in the OneSpace Community Center. There was a Post-mortem carried out on September 20, 2021.
Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, pays condolences to the young departed soul’s family through her Twitter handle on September 24, 2021. She grieved about the loss of Sabina Nessa, believed to be a budding talented woman who could have achieved a lot of heights in the future. She wrote how terrible it feels to know that another innocent woman’s life has been taken, and her deepest condolences are with immediate family and friends.
The Police Officials arrested the immediate prime suspects, one who was aged about 40 years old and the other 38 years old. However, they were released as there wasn’t enough evidence against them, and until the investigations aren’t put to an end, they aren’t allowed to move out of the country. Meanwhile, Police are looking for another man who was captured in the CCTV footage and to reach out and arrest him, and they have made the photos and the video clip viral.
The Department of Police and Detective in charge, Detective Chief Inspector Neil John of the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, have also requested to all the residents and citizens that whoever finds a bit piece of information should convey it to them.
