Marina Zenovich and Nile Cappello have worked very hard to create a documentary regarding a fellowship in an eerie church. Well, the church had some really different norms. We all have our own way of professing faith and belief. And when it comes to spirituality, then it certainly differs from person to person.

Let’s rush you to the strangest part here; according to this church, they believed that spirituality claims that one should focus on weight loss. This is a vague concept, and then there’s no way to have to prove this. But this church claimed this to be an assignment.

Who is Cappello?

By profession, an investigating journalist, Cappello, is also a director and a producer who has made several movies that have made the audience swoon over for some more.

She has always focused on Remnant fellowship. It was also considered as a cult, which was involved in child abuse. The leader of this group was too focused on pleasing God, not by prayer, worship, or praises. But by following diet plans that help you keep yourself in shape, now we seriously don’t know how to keep God’s pleasure.

What is The Way Down God, Greed, and the Cult of Gwen Shamblin all about?

Gwen was a really successful person when she came up with the unique concept of dieting related to God. But we have quite a few accusations that might sound even weird or worse than these. Sadly, Gwen passed away earlier this year. And she didn’t get a peaceful death, though; she died in a plane crash along with her husband.

The Episodes

By now, three episodes of the show are available for the viewers to watch. And proceed with their thinking, but two more will come will be available to watch by 2022.

But before that, you should know about the weight loss plan; the concept is not entirely wrong. As gluttony is a sin, Gwen brought this out by saying that it’s a virtue to abstain from eating too much than required. Hence, the show gained popularity for the different concepts that it possessed.

After successfully expanding her remnant fellowship, she gathered people to know and witness the form of spirituality she wanted people to know about.

This church offered various platforms to the public; they wanted a church that made God-fearing the important concept. Till you have a fear of God, it would be impossible to deviate from the good things. And how to keep up the purity of relationships while worshiping God.

How Was The Progress Of The Cult?

The cult brought about joy and happiness in many lives, and it also healed broken marriages. Helped people to sort out the financial crisis by keeping faith and doing your part exceptionally well.

But this show might show you how helplessly people found their family members going away from them to fulfill the cult’s desires.

The only word in the dictionary which can describe Lokesh well is "Curious". He is a man who sits in the corner of a café, sipping his coffee and watch others and write about them having a good time. Addicted to bettering himself each day. An impressive introvert who finds his home in the places he travels. It's either the power of universe or sunsets that sets his soul free. In between, He can be found wrapped in his own bubble, knitting stories even before the sun rises!
