Jason Katims, best recognized for writing Friday Night Lights and developing the NBC program Parenthood, has released his newest endeavor, As We See It. He’ll be the director, screenwriter, and co-executive for the project. The version of As We See It is inspired mostly by the Israeli program On the Spectrum, with initial producers Dana Idisis and Yuval Shafferman serving as showrunners.

Mental Illnesses are something very concerning. Either there is very little information available to us, or whatever is there isn’t sufficient. For a very long time, producers and directors have shown people in the same shoes if they had, for instance, autism.
They will show delayed cognitive, speaking, and learning skills. But to the contrary, there are people who are autistic yet prove out to bring more merits than their non-autistic counterparts. This show takes into account diversity, which is the ultimate reality of the universe.
What Our Critic Has To Say?
Autism poses difficulties for many of the key protagonists, although not in the same way. Violet could go to discordant clubs in her search for love, but Harrison may need black shades and sound abolishing earbuds to go around the street. Jack might feel troubled with attitude and interpersonal signs. However, that doesn’t prevent him from building a slow-burning romance with Ewatomi, a caregiver who works with his family’s doctor.
As We See It depicts the fact that there is no one autism manifestation or universal response to everything, a lesson that is occasionally realized by viewers, including actors, at the simultaneous moment. This TV series is a must-watch for everyone who wants to feel how it is to live with autism. And to enlighten oneself on the many signs of the same in order to avoid falling into the category of those who generalize or dismiss mental illness.
