In the previous episode you all have watched how Fallon left her position of CEO not permanently but temporarily. She did this to find some time for herself and wanted to see what more she could do outside her work. For support, she goes to Sam and both of them decide about philanthropy which a good avenue is.
While inside the auction she loses her control over herself due to her hypercompetitive spirit and takes over the horses at the auction. Due to this she lost her importance about what she really wanted to do.
