Tehran must run as The General approaches. The guards are observing her closely. Peyman’s mother hits The General prior to shedding tears of sorrow. Tamar may go, as everyone else must return home. Faraz’s superior lacks logic. He finds it odd that Peyman, a skilled driver, killed himself while Ali committed himself. Tamar discusses the death of Peyman with Milad and Marjan.
Faraz inquires what is next when he arrives. Faraz provides Tamar, Milad, and Marjan with reality-based advice. Despite his solution, the General will be alone with Peyman’s body throughout the burial. Faraz suggests to then assault. Yulia is opposed because lesser causes have sparked conflicts. Marjan states the idea is accepted while lying.
Faraz desires for Nahid to attend Peyman’s funeral since she isn’t safe at home. Marjan provides the rapid-acting toxin. Marjan instructs Tamar to leave if the plan fails. Tamar congratulates Marjan on her return before wishing her prosperity.
Yulia watches Tamar’s funeral through CCTV and then contacts Marjan. She is unresponsive. Amir enters the van and shoots Marjan, compelling her to contact Yulia. Yulia warns her that if she continues with the plan, she would make Marjan’s husband Iran’s greatest traitor.
