Plot
Hanabi Yasuraoka, a grade 10 girl, has a crush on Narumi Kanai, an elder childhood acquaintance who is currently her homeroom instructor. However, Hanabi recognizes that he is in love with Akane Minagawa and not with Narumi because of the expression in his eyes when he sees the new song instructor Akane Minagawa.
Hanabi encounters Mugi Awaya, another pupil who is over heels in love with Akane, his junior high professor. Hanabi and Mugi establish a deal and start a sham romance to relieve each other’s physical and romantic emptiness from their separate unfulfilled relationships. They pledge not to fall in adoration with each other and to quit the engagement if the individuals they love echo their affection.
