Cyrano is an upcoming romantic musical drama. The film follows the story of the titular Savinien de Cyrano de Bergerac. Cyrano de Bergerac was a French playwright, novelist, epistolarian and duelist. Cyrano is too self-conscious about his appearance in the romantic drama to woo the woman he crushes over. Roxanne, who had caught the eyes of the wordsmith, is in love with another named Christian.
Being too shy to pursue her, Cyrano helps Christian woo Roxanne by writing her love letters. Joe Wright directed the film based on Edmond Rostand’s 1897 play named Cyrano de Bergerac.
