Quentin Tarantino, best known for his miraculous works, which has helped him gather many Oscars, is now in question due to his movie Death Proof. Well, it is not that the film was so wrong to watch, but the thing is that it was not as good as the other projects on which Tarantino has worked till now. And, of course, people’s reviews matter! If you expect a movie to be as good as the others, then it might lose its uniqueness altogether.

But if we put up a larger picture, then comparison somehow becomes a must phenomenon. If you have watched this thriller movie, you might be adding up few more comments to it. Otherwise, if you haven’t watched it until now, then we can provide you some details about the movie, which might help you in deciding whether the movie is a perfect fit for you or not. Or is it the least good one of all the other works of Tarantino.

The Plot of Death Proof!

Quentin Tarantino has given us astounding works, including Pulp Fiction and Inglorious Basterds, with the recent one called Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. If you have watched these movies, you might have an idea about what is his work style. The film has a specific theme, and same like this is the movie Death Proof which revolves around a stuntman named Mike McKay who loves to be called by the name Mike. This American thriller casts the storyline where the stuntman is a psychopathic killer who currently works in Hollywood.

He has a game plan of stalking young ladies and then murdering them. The slaughtering continues from Austin, Texas, Lebanon, and so on. But during this hunt, once his game turns against him, which causes a huge ruckus. Although, till this time, he was moving safely without being caught, and yes, huge thanks to his ‘Death Proof’ car.

Why is it the Least Good!

The girls he stalks include a DJ who is quite famous and has billboards everywhere. The group of girls he murders are basically those who are going to some party pub and so. Now, let’s talk about how the movie is called the least good. Firstly, the film revolves around a vague structure where we see only the car and the murders with that the flying body parts act as a cherry on top of grossness.

And other than that, Kurt Russell, aka Mike, seems like a total psychopathic (which he really is in the movie) doesn’t seem to serve any other true motive of the film. The movie is filled with gruesome, bloody scenes except for the fighting scene by Zoe bell, which is quite phenomenal. Rest the film is what it is until you really go and watch it.

There have been many such movies before, which were directed by Quentin Tarantino and those were Lady Snowblood and  Death Race 2000. Released in 2007, Death Proof is written and directed by Robert Rodriguez. Quentin’s films are never paid back; instead, this was nominated for three awards, including the 2008 Empire Award in the Best Horror category. One of them is a radio DJ, so she’s kind of famous and has billboards everywhere.

Above all these, the cast is quite good, including Kurt Russell, Sydney Tamiia Poitier, Jordan Ladd, Tracie Thoms, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Rosario Dawson, Vanessa Ferlito, and Zoe Bell. The movie is just what we have told you besides what you might find out when watching it. The perspectives can never be the same, which might bring forth new views and reviews.

The only word in the dictionary which can describe Lokesh well is "Curious". He is a man who sits in the corner of a café, sipping his coffee and watch others and write about them having a good time. Addicted to bettering himself each day. An impressive introvert who finds his home in the places he travels. It's either the power of universe or sunsets that sets his soul free. In between, He can be found wrapped in his own bubble, knitting stories even before the sun rises!
