The main roles in the show include- Lee Young-oh, essayed by Jang Hyuk, a renowned genius neurosurgeon who lacks empathy for others. Gye Jin-sung essayed by Park So-dam, a policewoman with upheld morals and principles. Kim Min-Jae, essayed by Park Se-young, a fellow neurosurgeon with Lee, is good in looks and mind.
Hyun Suk-Joo, essayed by Yoon Hyun-min, a famous cardio surgeon, and Lee Gun-Myung essayed by Heo Joon-ho, head at the heart department of the hospital. There are also several supporting actors that help in completing the story.

With an IMDb rating of 7.9 out of 10, the K-drama has a different taste to it than the rest of the medical dramas in Korea. With exceptional and heartwarming performances by the cast, especially the protagonist Lee Young-oh essayed by Jang Hyuk, the show was supported by the audience, but it dwindled its viewership towards the end and had to settle for 14 episodes instead of 16 that were planned earlier.
