Known as Luis Miguel: La Serie in Spanish, Luis Miguel: The Series is a biography of the popular singer from Mexico, Luis Miguel. The latter also happens to authorize and executively produce the series. The American television series has been made in authentic Spanish language for giants like Netflix and Telemundo. This authorized version of the singer’s life stars Diego Boneta in the lead role of the singer.

Production has been looked after by MGM Television and Gato Grande Productions, which initially began with the series creation back in 2017. The second season got its renewal in 2018, but after a hiatus of almost two years, it got released in 2021 in April. In the same year, On May 30, the series got its renewal for the third and the final season, which is scheduled to be available on October 28, 2021.

The series has its central point around the life of Luis Miguel, from his childhood fame to adult recognition and what hurdles he faced while striking a balance between his professional and personal life. When will Season 3 of Luis Miguel- The Series Release?

Since it is the last season of the show, the fans are really excited to binge-watch it. The viewers should be happy to know that the series will release its third season on Thursday, October 28, 2021, on Netflix. The news of its premiere was shared with its first preview that showcased what fans can watch in the latest edition. It will also see the return of Luisito Rey and throw some light on the life of El Sol, a Mexican singer.

What to Know Before Watching it?

The upcoming season will comprise six episodes, unlike the previous one that had eight of them. The previous season ended with Luis Miguel discovering about the relationship shared by his daughter Michelle Salas and his manager Mauricio Ambrosi.

The trailer for the final season was released a few weeks ago, and it opened with Diego Boneta (the titular character) uttering the word Mariah before introducing Mimi. Then follows the famous singer’s life flashback and will primarily focus on his affair with Mariah Carey.

The series is followed in two timelines- one where the singer is seen working hard to carve his niche in English-dominated places, while in the second where upon facing unwelcomed situations, his fame and reputation are put at stake. He shares an adorable bond with his mother and younger sibling, while his father is determined to make him a sensation that he couldn’t be. But with fame and recognition comes the ill effects on the family!

Popular globally as The Sun Of Mexico (El Sol de México), Luis Miguel debuted in 1982 with his album named Un sol. Throughout his journey, he gained immense love and support and became among the best-selling artist of all time by winning six Grammys and Latin Grammys’.
