The famous American television show NCIS has premiered its 19th season on CBS on September 20 this year. Don McGill and Donald P. Bellisario have created the show. The producers for the show are David Bellisario and Avery C. Drewe.
The series follows a special agents team that belongs from NCIS (Naval Criminal Investigative Service). They are involved in investigations that are basically related to Marine Corps and the United States Navy. The season will star major leads like Mark Harmon, Gary Cole, Katrina Law, Seam Murray, DionaReasonover, among others but will see the exit of Emily Wickersham and Maria Bello from the previous season.

What Happened in Episode 1 of Ncis Season 19?
The previous episode of NCIS was titled Blood in the Water and was penned by Christopher J. Walid while directed by Michael Zinberg. The season opens with Gibbs making it out alive from the river after chasing a killer in the previous season. He runs from the scene this concealing his identity. Meanwhile, Torress goes to the house Of Ellie and takes away the gun kept in the house.
On coming to the blast scene, NCIS finds that Gibbs ran away and there was someone else’s body at the site. Now the responsibility for leading NCIS is given to McGee and Torress. They then let Knight join the team to solve the case. They then try to locate Gibbs with the help of a bug that was handed over to the former by Kasie.
On the other side, Gibbs was caught by an elderly couple in their barn. The man offers to help him, but the wife is reluctant as she doubts his identity. The couple had just started believing the officer when the other fellow told them the truth. They advise him to investigate North Shore, where a woman went missing. Gibb’s partner in the investigation, Marcie, tells about the case she and her teammate were solving and guides them about it.
Both NCIS and Gibbs cross paths at North Shore. They are followed by an unknown man who was lying to be a cop who came in with his team. He actually turns out to be a drug dealer.
Expected Story of Episode 2 of NCIS Season 19
The upcoming second episode of NCIS has been titled Nearly Departed and written by Scott Williams while directed by Terrence O’Hara. The episode is believed to show the collaborative work of NCIS and Gibbs in the same case but, unfortunately, meet the wrong individual. On further diving into the investigation, it is discovered that another person is also working on the same case. Will they all collaborate to solve the case or choose a different path? Well, the viewers will have to watch the episode to find the answers.
Release of Episode 2 of NCIS Season 19
The telecast of the upcoming episode 2 of NCIS Season 19 will be on CBS on Monday, September 27, 2021, at 9 PM ET. Until now, the show is mentioned to have four more episodes for the current season, but this number might increase at the discretion of the makers and network plans.
