Plot Expected

The story is initiated in the early twenty-first century when a virus infestation obliterated nearly two million humans, leaving behind only a handful of people who lost their visionary power. The actual story starts a few centuries later, where we can see these visually impaired humans have found a way around life and created new methods of social interaction, hunting animals, and building all these, adding up as survival skills.
The story starts with the wedding union of Baba Voss, the Chieftan of the Alkenny Tribe who has taken Maghra to be his wife, who came to Alkenny to seek shelter in the mountains. Maghra arrived three months pregnant, but Baba Voss was infertile. Jerlamarel is the biological father of the child, and an outlaw, who is wanted by the Queen of the Kane dynasty of Kanzua Dam for the fact that he had visionary powers.
There were rumors that Jerlamarel was impregnating women; there was a witch hunt for Jerlamarel and his child. Baba Voss had taken up the responsibility of the tribe and his kins from the Queen’s army. It is said that the words “Alkenny” and “Kanzua” are the alternative names of real-life locations Allegheny and Kinzua, which are situated in modern-day western Pennsylvania.

In the lead male role of Baba Voss, who is a brave warrior, and Maghra’s husband, we will see Jason Mamoa, who has been rightly cast for the role. Hera Hilmar will be portraying the role of Maghra, who is not only Baba’s wife but also the Princess of the Kane dynasty.
Cast in the role of Queen Sibeth Kane, we have Sylvia Hoeks, who ruthlessly uses her power as a Queen and orders to kill any person who has the gift of vision. In other recurring casts, we will get Tantoo Cardinal as the Dreamer, in Lord Dune actor Peter James Bryant’s role, and a few more.
