Sonic the Hedgehog is an American film is based on three genres: comedy, action, and adventure, and it draws its source from a Japanese video game by Sega. The film revolves around a marvelous hedgehog that reaches earth in times of dire crisis when civilizations needed a superhero to save themselves from evils. Release Date of its Sequence
Sonic the hedgehog 2 is all set to get aired on April 8, 2022, in the US by Paramount Pictures along with Sega Sammy Group, as confirmed by Polygon. A sequel was already confirmed with the initial release of the first part in the year 2020, and it is heard that production on this sequel began as early as March 2021. Jeff Fowler will direct the film as before, and the scriptors will be Pat Casey and Josh Miller.
