When it was eventually launched in 1974, The Original Texas Chainsaw Massacre was a schlocky thriller sensation, stunning viewers with the splendid tale of a crazy family of demented hillbilly cannibals residing in the Lone Star Region. Leatherface, who feted around in a gothic goalie mask of stitched-up human flesh while also threatening innocent civilians with a whirring chainsaw, became an immediate symbol in the R-rated pure terror teaser.

During the years, this limited-funded classic has inspired a series of remakes. Meanwhile, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre will be remade together into a Netflix 2022 blockbuster picture, promising extra Texas-style ceremonial carnage and a resurgence of Leatherface. So to activate the chainsaw, let’s dissect every feature of this rabid new sequel!

Should You Stream It or Skip It?

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) will satisfy terror enthusiasts in the short term and give some light amusement, but I don’t believe it goes further to make me want to live in such a world yet again. It’s undoubtedly superior to Texas Chainsaw 3D plus Leatherface, and I never felt exhausted while watching it, but I’m not convinced I want to see Leatherface in action once more.

The movie’s fate on Netflix will dictate where the franchise heads here from, but it will have to recreate the wheel a little to earn a further grueling trip in the Texas sun. So, if you love horror movies, you should give them a try.

What Our Critic has to Say?

Like the remakes that followed it, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre struggles to reinvent Leatherface’s reputation. Those who appreciate thrillers only based on their casualty count and homicidal inventiveness may overlook this bare guts, no-frills horror. Alternatively, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre from 2003 is a clearer illustration of “black and dirty.”

Almost every other entrance involving a freakshow family demonstrates why Leatherface requires his Sawyers or Hewitts. As Leatherface turns simply another monstrous killer, the Texas Chainsaw Massacre reeks like a cellar full of dead — not quite the clean slate franchise fans would have hoped for.

Should You Watch the Other Texas Chainsaw Massacre Films Before this 2022 Sequel?

Although some viewers might not want to overlook the previous Texas Chainsaw Massacre films before watching the 2022 remake, doing so is not required. The 1974 classic, the chaotic and insane Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, the respectable Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3, and the underappreciated 2003 version are the Texas Chainsaw flicks particularly worth considering before launch.

The rest of the proposals vary from barely OK to downright awful. The initial Texas Chainsaw Massacre, on the other hand, is the only earlier Texas Chainsaw Massacre that relates to the narrative of the 2022 remake. As a result, audiences can comfortably bypass the rest of the video and not lose any necessary details.

When will the Texas Chainsaw Massacre be Launched, and Where will it be Released?

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022) will be available on Netflix on February 18, 2022. Despite being created with a cinematic distribution in sight, Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 has been bought purely by Netflix. That implies that Netflix would be the only location globally where you can view Leatherface’s next journey.

On the other hand, Netflix has by far the most significant potential audience of prospective watchers of any streaming platform, ensuring that Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2022 reaches a big crowd.

The only word in the dictionary which can describe Lokesh well is "Curious". He is a man who sits in the corner of a café, sipping his coffee and watch others and write about them having a good time. Addicted to bettering himself each day. An impressive introvert who finds his home in the places he travels. It's either the power of universe or sunsets that sets his soul free. In between, He can be found wrapped in his own bubble, knitting stories even before the sun rises!
