The Courtship – Story Recap
The first episode is ‘First Impressions’. The story is about a woman, Nicole Remy who is fed up with this generation’s dating style. She is taken to Regency-era England where she hopes to find love. 16 desirable suitors arrive at a 19th century English castle waiting to win Remy’s trust and take her heart away.
This episode is titled ‘Acts of Chivalry’. It reinforces the concept of courtship. Nicole, her suitors, and her court spend the day on the lake. The suitors compete to see who can out-romance the other. Some people were successful in creating an impact on Miss Remy, while others disappointed her, resulting to them being thrown out of the Castle Howard.
While on shore, Mr. Saffa flirted with Nicole’s friend, Captain Kim opened up about a past heartbreak. Mr. Cones, Mr. Luxe, Captain Kim, Mr. Kesseler, and Mr. Mumbray have been placed on the elimination dance card by Ms. Rémy. Mr. Luxe and Mr. Kesseler were escorted back to their homes.
In the third episode titled “test of sportsmanship’’, the suitors play a game of cricket to display their gentlemanly sportsmanship so as to win Remy’s favour but unfortunately one of them does the exact opposite by sparking a crisis that culminates in an explosive farewell ball.
What to Expect From the 4th Episode?
After the shameless flirting with Nicole’s friend it appears that Peter Saffa would be sent back home, based on what we know so far. Pretty obviously, with one suitor out of the way, the other suitors would be secretly happy and also relieved that they are now one step closer to winning Remy’s heart.
Now that Saffa is gone, it’s simpler to know who is Remy going to choose. Because Charlie Mumbray won “Man of the Match” in the cricket field, it seems she is impressed by him. Also, Giuseppe Castronovo makes Remy feel special because he fights to have some personal time with her.
Also, there is this teacher Remy really likes because of the field he works in. His name is Jacquin Holland. Simply hearing what he does for a living startles her and makes her respect him. Apparently, she wants to learn more about him on a personal level. Now all we need to do is wait and watch who becomes the knight in shining armour for Nicole and sweeps her heart away.
