Director and Writer Frank Darabont created “The Green Mile,” which is based on a Novel. In 1996, Stephen King wrote a novel in a series of six volumes with the title The Green Mile. This novel comes in the category of literacy fiction style. The movie is based on it; hence you find the same story. But there is some difference between the movie and the novel.
In the movie, Paul himself tells his prison guard’s days story to Elaine, but Elaine reads that story by herself in the novel. Some pieces of the chapters of the novel are not included in the movie.
